Is there a doctor in the house? Oscar-winning director Steven Soderbergh is set to have an epidemic of Hollywood heavyweights for his next project, 'Contagion,' and the prognosis is looking pretty good so far.

According to Variety, Matt Damon and Jude Law are already locked in for the action-thriller, while Oscar winners Kate Winslet and Marion Cotillard are currently in talks.

Based on a script by Scott Z. Burns (who penned two other Damon vehicles, 'The Bourne Ultimatum' and 'The Informant!'), 'Contagion' centers around the threat posed by a deadly disease, and is expected to feature multiple plotlines in the style of Soderbergh's 2000 film, 'Traffic.' With this kind of star power involved, it's starting to sound like 'Valentine's Day' meets '28 Days Later,' which would be pretty entertaining.
