Is there anything better than seeing a movie for free that you were already going to pay to see? Well, yes, there is actually. Seeing a movie for free a few days earlier than the rest of the world gets to is indeed better. Now, thanks to Warner Bros. and Horror Squad papa site Moviefone, you can do just that with Platinum Dunes' remake of A Nightmare on Elm Street.

The rest of the country has to wait until April 30th to see Jackie Earle Haley as Freddy Krueger, but if you head over to Moviefone between now noon Eastern Standard Time on Thursday, April 22 and leave a comment with a valid email address and your city of choice, you could win free early passes for yourself and a guest to see the film at the beginning of next week. This sneak peek is only available in about a dozen major cities, though, so if you happen to live in, say, Alaska, you're going to have a bit of a drive to get to the nearest theater.

If you need a reminder of the goods in store, I've embedded the Nightmare on Elm Street trailer below. Best of luck!
