Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street LegacyThe 'A Nightmare on Elm Street' films are a huge part of pop culture. I was lucky enough to do makeup for the documentary 'Never Sleep Again: The Elm Street Legacy,' where I got to geek out over the stars of all the original films, listen to stories from Robert Englund and Heather Langenkamp and listen to Charles Fleischer do his 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit' voice. I also watched the hunt for the mystery star who disappeared for years and turned up on a beach in Mexico! (Want to know who I'm talking about? It will be revealed at 1:07 in the video.)

I spent Saturday signing posters at Dark Delicacies bookstore in Burbank and they kindly let me bring in a camera. I got to chat with Langenkamp, directors Daniel Farrands and Andrew Kasch about the star who vanished off the face of the Earth, producer Thommy Hutson and George Lynch from the band Dokken about the documentary, the original films and crashing through a fake wall in the 'Dream Warriors' video. Check out the film's Web site here. By the way, 'Dream Warriors' is on my iPod right now. Check out the video after the jump.
