If the old saying "clothes make the man" is true, then I'm really not sure what kind of man John Harrington is supposed to be in Mario Bava's Hatchet for the Honeymoon. My vote is for a late 60's dandy or tranny psycho but he often ends up looking like a glam rock singer instead. Also, it should be noted that his impeccable taste (at least in his mind anyway), love for luxury, penchant for exercise and flawless grooming skills are reminiscent of thee Patrick Bateman.

Actor Stephen Forsyth plays the wealthy character with a penchant for murdering brides in a film one viewer hilariously described as "Psycho meets Dynasty by way of Freud." Forsyth's deadly serious demeanor would be enough to make Hatchet for the Honeymoon unforgettable, but his choice in wardrobe seals the deal. Once you've gazed upon some of the ensembles this guy parades around in, your life will never be the same. Mostly, I'm just tickled by his collection of jumpsuits and fancy belts. Enjoy them after the jump!
