How many more great actors can join Marvel's upcoming Captain America: The First Avenger? That's kind of a rhetorical question, but the answer as of right now is two. Stanley Tucci and Neal McDonough have officially joined the World War II superhero epic.
Tucci will take on the role of Dr. Abraham Erskine, who, in the comics, created the super soldier serum that turned Steve Rogers into Captain America. McDonough will play Dum Dum Dugan, a member of Nick Fury's military team, The Howling Commandos.
For those of you keeping score, that means that Captain America now stars Tucci, McDonough, Chris Evans, Hugo Weaving, Tommy Lee Jones and Samuel L. Jackson, which is not quite enough to rival the jaw-dropping insanity of the Thor cast, but is pretty friggin' impressive nonetheless.
