If you are a PC gamer you'll surely recall the early 2000s when it was impossible to buy a graphics card that didn't come with a free copy of Deus Ex, Eidos Interactive's classic FPS/RPG hybrid game. That doesn't really have anything to do with Deus Ex: Human Revolution, the third entry in the sci-fi franchise, it's just a happy memory. But speaking of Human Revolution, the trailer for the game has, according to the Hollywood Reporter, got "Hollywood buzzing this week".

Does that mean a Deus Ex film is in our future? Probably not-- Hollywood gets over its own buzzes in record time. But it's certainly not hard to see why it's cyberpunk-infused Blade Runner stylings are a contender for the big screen.
