If you've been wondering what Transformers 3 might look like minus Megan Fox, you can stop Photoshopping images of new female lead Rosie Huntington-Whiteley next to Shia LaBeouf (really, stop -- it's kinda creepy ... ) and simply look at this new photo from the set for your answer.

Two images from the production turned up online recently and the one that has everyone talking is the first photo of the two leads in a scene together. The photo isn't exactly the most exciting thing you'll see this morning, but at least it was snapped during what sounds like an exciting scene. If you don't want to know a single solitary detail about what Michael Bay is shooting in the new film, skip the rest of this paragraph. The pic was taken during the filming of one of the new film's action scenes -- a sequence where LaBeouf and Huntington-Whiteley -- who's going to need a shorter nickname, because typing that over and over is gonna get real old fast ... -- and some soldiers are chased by a Decepticon. I know, it sounds like the start of a bad joke. The Decepticon eventually tips over a building, hence all the broken glass and whatnot in the photo.

Truthfully, I'm not really all that excited about Transformers 3, but I know I'm in the minority on this one. I am curious if fans have gotten over the departure of Fox yet, though. Have you made peace with the fact that Huntington-Whiteley is the film's new eye candy or does the specter of Megan hang over the entire production? Even more importantly, could Huntington-Whiteley's performance (this is her first acting gig) be so bad that we all long for Fox's masterful acting skills? Check out the pics in the gallery below.
