Craig Gillespie begins shooting the much talked about remake of 1985's Fright Night on July 26 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. While casting news hits us left and right -- On Location Casting has announced that the crew is now looking for extras, and they're stalking high schools for the part.

If you can fake the funk and appear younger than you really are, you should be all set to join Charlie Brewster and gang. Eighteen-year-olds who can appear as younger high school students (16 to 17 years old) are being highly sought after -- especially if you can rock the stereotype nerd, jock, cheerleader, stoner thing. Asians also appears to be a category -- where is the Hispanic or Other category, yikes -- but visions of Long Duk Dong are dancing in my head. Teachers are also needed with professional attire (please do not recreate the Van Halen video), as well as parental unit types, Las Vegas showgirls (they're using New Mexico to fake the Vegas look), card sharks, vamps, and more.

Fill out an application over here and send it in immediately. One night of filming will take place in Los Angeles at 1335 Willow Street. Good luck!
