If there was one message to take away from the box-office bombing of this summer's 'Prince of Persia,' it was that video game fans will not accept mediocre big-screen adaptations of their most beloved games. A video game movie has to be faithful to its source material, and it needs to be produced by passionate fans of the original game. Basically, it needs to look like this fake trailer to an imaginary big-budget production of the classic computer game 'The Oregon Trail.'

The trailer comes courtesy of L.A.-based media production group, Half Day Today!. In addition to creating a seriously epic re-enactment of 1800s Western expansion, the group also faithfully conveys the horror of a poorly thought-out ration supply.
