That's the dilemma facing producers on the fourth 'Twilight' film, 'Breaking Dawn:' how to portray the book's most famous scene, the intensely painful and shockingly horrific birth of Bella's inhuman daughter Renesmee. Now, according to E! Online, we know the plan -- and it doesn't involve toning anything down.

"We're working on it," screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg said regarding the infamous sequence. "And we're working on it to be as intense as it is in the book."
