-- Hero Complex are reporting that Joe Johnston's 'Captain America' film won't find "Bucky" Barnes in the traditional role of sidekick and that actor Sebastian Stan has given the character a darker side than expected.

- Werner Herzog would like Naomi Watts to star in his next film, 'Queen of the Desert.' The film is a biopic about Gertrude Bell, a British explorer in the early 19th Century who was instrumental in installing the first modern rulers of Iraq and Jordan.

-- B-D has gotten word that Relativity Media is looking to film 'The Strangers: Part 2' this April despite the current lack of a cast. Laurent Briet will be replacing the original's Bryan Bertino as director.
