Ever since former governor Arnold Schwarzenegger announced via Twitter that he was officially back in the running for movie roles, the entertainment world has been eagerly anticipating his next move. Speaking at the Arnold Seminar over the weekend, Schwarzenegger finally let us in on some of the scripts he's being offered. First off, there's no longer three scripts -- it's up to about 15 now -- and some of them include remakes of older Arnold Schwarzenegger films. And in case you're wondering, yes, one of them is indeed a new 'Terminator' movie.
When asked what he was working on, Arnold told fans,
Well, first of all it's more 15 films, obvious ones from The Terminator to remakes of Predator and The Running Man and all of those things. Then also a lot of original stuff too. But I am also packaging a Comic Book character right now. I'm going to announce that sometime by the end of March or the beginning of April.
Unfortunately there's no word on which comic book character he's working on, whether it's an existing one from the Marvel or DC universe, or a lesser known character. We do find it interesting that he's being offered remakes for 'Predator' and 'The Running Man,' especially since he's a bit too old to star in either film as the character he once portrayed. Also kinda revealing to see that they've already gone to him for a role in a new 'Terminator' movie.
What would you like to see him take on? A remake of an older Arnold film, or something brand new?
