The cast of 'The Hunger Games' keeps growing.

The latest addition is Elizabeth Banks, who is in talks to join Lionsgate's adaptation of Suzanne Collins' popular book series, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Already cast are Jennifer Lawrence in the lead role of Katniss Everdeen. Josh Hutcherson and Liam Hemsworth are cast as love interests, while relative newcomers Amandla Stenberg and Dayo Okeniyi were cast earlier Monday as Rue and Thresh, respectively.

Banks will play Effie Trinket, a pink-haired showbiz type who becomes the handler of Katniss.
