Navy SEALs couldn't be hotter after an elite unit successfully took out the world's no. 1 most wanted terrorist, Osama Bin Laden.
Now we're finding out that Disney trademarked the name "Seal Team 6" just two days after the U.S. Navy SEAL Team 6's dramatic raid.
The Oscar-winning duo of Kathryn Bigelow and Mark Boal already had a bin Laden movie in the works, but Disney isn't necessarily planning a rival film about the headline-making mission. They seem to be thinking more along the lines of toys, hats and ... snow globes?
The Walt Disney company has applied for patents of "Seal Team 6" for "entertainment and education services," but also put in two separate requests for "clothing, footwear and headwear," and "toys, games, and playthings." That last request would include games, Christmas stockings, Christmas tree ornaments and snow globes.
