Just like the final 'Harry Potter' and 'Twilight' films, the last 'Hunger Games' movie may be delivered in two parts.

Lionsgate executives told Wall Street analysts this morning that its series of four films from the trilogy written by Suzanne Collins could be even bigger than 'Twilight.'

COO Joe Drake said it was "the highest-selling film we've ever had" at the Cannes Film Festival and that overseas exhibitors consider it "the movie that can change their company."

Drake says 'Hunger Games' could become an "outsized success" for Lionsgate. The studio secured the rights before the books became huge bestsellers, and it has "retained the majority of the upside" in its talent and distribution deals.

That sounds like the major cast has committed to the entire series, which would eliminate pricey renegotiations down the road, especially if a fourth film is a go.
