Despite some underwhelming reviews and a script that more or less had the same exact plot structure as the first movie, 'The Hangover: Part II' has officially surpassed 'The Hangover' as the top-grossing R-rated comedy of all-time. After just four weekends in theaters, 'Part II' has grossed a global sum of $488 million, making its predecessor's mark of $468M look like chump change. As if that weren't enough, the combined global box office for both has now cleared the $1B mark. Damn.

Doesn't come as much of a surprise, considering the insane success of the first movie, but still kind of strange considering what a step down the sequel ended up being.

What do you think: It deserves every dollar, or do you want your money back?
