With the release of this weekend's 'Horrible Bosses,' long-suffering employees will get to live vicariously through the comedic trio of Jason Bateman, Charlie Day and Jason Sudeikis. All three men play abused underlings that decide to regain control of their destinies and murder their tyrannical bosses (played by Kevin Spacey, Jennifer Aniston and Colin Farrell, respectively).

With the help of a "professional murder consultant" (played by Jamie Foxx), the would-be executioners try their best to get revenge -- even if they have no idea how to get away with such a ridiculous crime.

Bateman, Day and Sudeikis talked with Moviefone about their co-stars, their horrible director and whether Charlie has actually seen the movie yet.
