Eat your heart out bootleggers, because we have the first official teaser of 'The Amazing Spider-Man.' After a grainy version found its way onto the internet yesterday (and a few other places today), the studio decided to push the release date of the trailer up to today.

In the clip we get to see Andrew Garfield's transformation from lonely kid to superhero after being bit by a spider in a lab. There are also some pretty sweet POV shots of him in a costume swinging from building to building (although, you only get to see Spider-Man for about a half-second when he glides past a giant glass building). There are also brief appearances by Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone) and Parker's aunt and uncle (Sally Field and Martin Sheen).
