What does it take to become Captain America? According to Chris Evans, the star of the upcoming Marvel flick, lots of working out and, apparently, eating plenty of bland chicken. Either way, if you've seen the trailer, it looks like it worked. (Read our review here.)

We spoke to Evans, along with stars Hayley Atwell, Sebastian Stan and director Joe Johnston, about the upcoming film, and we found out a few interesting tidbits. Not only do we now know Captain America's workout routine, we also found out that there was some improv involved during one of the movie's big scenes. (Who says big-budget action flicks can't be spontaneous?)

For Sebastian Stan, he spoke about how he researched his role as James Buchanan "Bucky" Barnes, Captain America's best friend and sidekick (our friends over at HuffPost Entertainment also spoke to Stan about how his character added a little edge to the film).

In 'Captain America: The First Avenger,' Evans takes on the Red Skull (Hugo Weaving) and the Nazis. The movie, based on the popular comic book, is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, meaning we will get to see Chris's giant physique again in next summer's 'The Avengers.'
