Sam Raimi fans know to expect pal Bruce Campbell to show up in some form in all his films and now the 'Evil Dead' star confirms, yes, he'll make an appearance in 'Oz: The Great and Powerful.'

"I. Am. In. Oz.," Campbell tweeted yesterday. (His Twitter handle is GroovyBruce, by the way.) "Sam refuses to tell me what character I will portray. Just know that the role is PIVOTAL."

As Campbell once said about working with Raimi, the bigger the movie, the smaller his role. He was an announcer at the cage match in 'Spider-Man' and "Snooty Usher" in 'Spider-Man 2,' so what can we expect for his role in Oz?

We'd totally picture him as the mustachio-ed, surly doorman of the Emerald City, except that there's no Dorothy and her posse needing entry in this prequel. What then? A rival magician to James Franco's fledgling wizard? Head of the flying monkeys?

Your guess is as good as ours. What kind of role would you like to see Bruce have?
