With 'Fright Night' in theaters and horror season in full swing, the next scare factory we have to looks forward to is 'Don't Be Afraid of the Dark.'

Written and produced by Guillermo del Toro, the story revolves around a little girl (Bailee Madison) who goes to live with her father (Guy Pearce) and his new girlfriend (Katie Holmes) in a big old mansion. Soon after moving in, the little girl discovers the presence of little creatures imprisoned in the basement and sets them free because she's looking for new friends. It doesn't take long for the girl to realize that the creatures aren't all that nice, and before she knows it, they're trying to kill her and her family.
