Lost in all the fevered anticipation for 'The Dark Knight Rises' is the fact that 'The Amazing Spider-Man' actually reached theaters just about two weeks before the Caped Crusader. Not that you'd know that since the Sony marketing campaign for the 'Spider-Man' reboot from director Marc Webb has played things relatively low-key -- or at least in comparison to the already engaged full-court press that Warner Bros. is putting on for Christopher Nolan's latest opus. It looks like that's about to change. The studio has debuted a new website for 'The Amazing Spider-man,' and in addition to featuring a moody score and some ambient sounds, it has character banners for your desktop. Now, you too, can stare at Denis Leary's mug every day at work. (Or, Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield, if you're into that sort of thing.) Pics ahead!
