"The Hunger Games" may have already had its official premieres in the United States and the United Kingdom, but on Monday evening it's Canada's turn. Stars Josh Hutcherson (Peeta), Liam Hemsworth (Gale) and Canadian-born Alexander Ludwig (Cato) will all make their way down the red carpet in a veritable buffet for fans.
