"You just have to get really guttural. The back of the throat." That's "Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence's advice on how to sound like Effie Trinket.

In the blockbuster new film, Elizabeth Banks stars as the peppy Capitol representative for District 12, and the actress said she worked very hard on perfecting her accent. "It honestly happened on the first day," Banks said during Moviefone's special "Hunger Games" Unscripted session. "I started talking at the Reaping, and I heard myself projected out." The rest is history, and Banks-as-Effie provides "The Hunger Games" with some of its more amusing moments.
