Thought your prayers were answered with Ridley Scott's return to the world of sci-fi with his upcoming "Prometheus"? Well, it turns out, the director's working on another miracle.

During an Esquire Q&A, Scott revealed that he has a Bible-themed flick coming down the pike.

"I've got something else in the works. I'm already doing it. It's called 'Moses.' Seriously, seriously. It's going to happen," he said. "It's definitely in the cards, though. What's interesting to me about Moses isn't the big stuff that everybody knows. It's things like his relationship with Ramses [II, the pharaoh]. I honestly wasn't paying attention in school when I was told the story of Moses. Some of the details of his life are extraordinary."

Scott certainly isn't the only one who's got the Bible bug. Steven Spielberg is slotted to direct "Gods And Kings," a biopic of Moses's entire life story. And -- to the dismay of everyone in the world -- Mel Gibson is working on a Judah Maccabee film. However, that project has since been put on hold.

For Scott, the 74-year-old visionary has a number of flicks up his sleeve, including the highly anticipated sequel to "Blade Runner."

Scott's next film, "Prometheus" hits theaters June 8.
