"Since the very first bedtime, all around the world, children have known there were monsters hiding in their closets. But what they don't know is that those monsters weren't always so scary."

Yes, the first teaser trailers for "Monsters University," the long-awaited prequel to Pixar's 2001 film, "Monsters Inc.," have finally arrived.

Our first look at "University" shows Mike (Billy Crystal) and Sully (John Goodman) back in college, as they learn how to scare kids. (Although, there isn't too much classwork being done here. If anything, this clips shows the monster college experience to be a whole lot like the one humans go through: full of pranks and partying.)

Pixar has premiered four new teasers (which you can see below) on Apple, Yahoo!, the Huffington Post and Disney.com. They are all essentially the same other than a few different lines Mike utters in his sleep while Sullivan pulls a genius disco-inspired prank.

"Monsters University," starring Crystal, Goodman, Steve Buscemi, Ken Jeong and Kelsey Grammer, hits theaters June 21, 2013.
