The revamped "Total Recall" has quite a lot to live up to, as the original is one of Arnold Schwarzenegger's premiere action flicks. However, it seems like it's rising to the challenge.

Directed by Len Wiseman ("Live Free or Die Hard "), the remake sees Colin Farrell in Ah-nuld's shoes as Douglas Quaid, a factory worker who begins to suspect that his memories are fake and that he is actually a spy.

A new clip finds Farrell telling his wife, Lori (Kate Beckinsale) -- originally played by Sharon Stone -- about a brush with the police. However, what starts out as tender moment between spouses quickly deteriorates into a glass-shattering, hand-to-hand battle. (Get it, girl!)

You can take a look at the clip above. "Total Recall," starring Farrell, Bryan Cranston, Beckinsale, Jessica Biel and Bill Nighy, hits theaters August 3.
