Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy play polar opposites in "The Heat," but it was clear at the movie's premiere in New York that the ladies are two very funny peas-in-a-pod off-screen.
The duo celebrated their buddy-cop comedy last night, June 23, at the Ziegfeld Theater, along with co-star Marlon Wayans and director Paul Feig, posing for pictures and hugging each other on the red carpet.
Bullock lived up the movie's name and looked hot in a black leather dress equipped with peek-a-boo cutouts. McCarthy looked chic in navy blue pants and matching blouse, accessorized with cute, strappy heels.
In "The Heat," Bullock plays uptight FBI special agent Sarah Ashburn who is paired with testy Boston cop Shannon Mullins (McCarthy) in order to take down a ruthless drug lord. The problem? Neither woman has ever had a partner, let alone one they can't stand.
