How popular is "Sleepless in Seattle" today? Twenty years after it was released on June 24, 1993, tourists still hunt down the movie's locations and buy 9,000 "Sleepless in Seattle" T-shirts every year at the Seattle airport.

Another testament to its longevity: A musical version debuted this month at the Pasadena Playhouse. Unfortunately, the LA Times critic said it was like "watching a commercial for eHarmony."

The enduring charm of the movie includes its cross-country romance, its likable leads -- Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan, who would reteam for "You've Got Mail" -- and one very stubborn matchmaking little boy. Writer-director Nora Ephron's canny combination of old-fashioned nostalgia -- the movie is an extended homage to the classic Cary Grant romance "An Affair to Remember" -- and classic tunes didn't hurt, either.

"Seattle" went on to gross more than $227 million, making it the fifth highest-grossing film of 1993. It also received two Oscar nominations, for Best Original Screenplay and Best Original Song.

So what are the stars of the film up to now? Let's take a look.
