Chewbacca -- or one of his relatives -- could be making an appearance in "Star Wars: Episode VII," if a casting rumor out of the U.K. is to be believed.

The news comes from Den of Geek, which reports that a recent notice on a casting service called Spotlight posted the following ad for an "UNTITLED STUDIO FEATURE" from Walt Disney Pictures/LucasFilm/Bad Robot:

Male, 7 ft to 7.3 ft tall with a slim/thin build and upright posture. Not too worked out or too 'thick set' especially in the shoulders. Broad facial features would be a bonus.

Den of Geek points out that those measurements fit actor Peter Mayhew -- the 7-foot-3 actor who portrayed Chewbacca in the original trilogy -- perfectly, leading the site to speculate that Disney is looking for another wookiee to join the "Star Wars" universe. SlashFilm brings up the horrifying possibility that those requirements could also be describing a Gungan, like Jar Jar Binks, though we can't imagine J.J. Abrams would ever consider reviving that much-maligned character.

Of course, there's been no official word from Disney about any plot details from "Star Wars: Episode 7," so we'll just have to make do with these tiny casting clues for now. The new trilogy is expected to hit theaters summer 2015.
