Mark Wahlberg has a few choice words for anyone who would compare being in the military to acting, and he shared quite a few of them during a Q&A last night after the premiere of "Lone Survivor."

In the gripping action drama, Wahlberg plays real-life Navy SEAL Marcus Luttrell, one of four SEALs to survive a dangerous military mission along the border of Afghanistant and Pakistan. (Luttrell wrote "Lone Survivor: The Eyewitness Account of Operation Redwing and the Lost Heroes of SEAL Team 10" about his harrowing experience.)

Seeing "Operation Red Wings" on the big screen apparently shook the star, who was refreshingly blunt during the Q&A.

According to The Wrap, he told the audience, "I don't know it just hit me in a way that uh ... I don't know, it just really upset me that those guys were never gonna see their families again. For actors to sit there and talk about 'Oh I went to SEAL training,' and I slept on the -- I don't give a f*ck what you did. You don't do what these guys did. For somebody to sit there and say my job was as difficult as somebody in the military's. How f*cking dare you. While you sit in a makeup chair for two hours," later adding, " "I don't give a shit if you get your ass busted. You get to go home at the end of the day. You get to go to your hotel room. You get to order f*cking chicken. Or your steak. Whatever the f*ck it is."

This is hot on the heels of the story that a deposition in Tom Cruise's lawsuit against Bauer Publishing revealed the actor comparing making a movie to military service in Afghanistan. CNN's Jake Tapper reported that this quote was taken out of context -- you can read more about the deposition here -- but either way, it struck a nerve with veterans and, well, Wahlberg.

"Lone Survivor" opens in New York City and Los Angeles on December 27, and goes nationwide on January 10, 2014.
