There's Method acting, and then there's just annoying all your co-stars. Whispers from the set of Brad Pitt's new movie "Fury" allege that Shia LaBeouf has gone so far in his attempt to get into character that he's aggravated Pitt and the rest of the cast with his shenanigans.

A source told the "Daily Mail," "Shia drove everyone mad on set trying to prove that he was the most dedicated star... He pulled out his own tooth during the first few weeks of filming and then refused to shower for weeks on end so he could better understand how his character would have felt living in the trenches."
Apparently, even Pitt and director David Ayer had some words with the young buck about his behavior, and one can only imagine how that went down. (Ayer's credits include writing screenplays for "The Fast and the Furious" and "Training Day," and writing/directing "End of Watch.") LaBeouf has been moved to three different hotels, the better to circumscribe his stinkiness.
Is "Fury" menacing the British countryside? Between Shia's funk, the explosions and gunfire and tanks rolling through Buckinghamshire and environs, and Pitt's wedding after-party crashing, things will never be the same. Maybe they should hire a skywriter to apologize?
