2013 Summer TCA Tour - Day 9
Canceled Fox comedy "Enlisted" may find new life on Yahoo Screen, according to a report from TheWrap.

The site writes that the low-rated sitcom, about a rag-tag group of soldiers on an Army base in Florida, could be revived by the streaming service, and execs from Yahoo and Twentieth Century Fox are currently holding talks about the possibility.

Yahoo Screen made headlines late last month when it offered a last-minute reprieve to revive "Community," which was canceled by NBC. The beloved cult sitcom will now return for a sixth and final season via the streaming service.

Like "Community," "Enlisted" also had a devoted, but small, following, averaging just a 1.0 ratings share in the 18-49 demo. Its Friday night timeslot didn't help much, either, and Fox pulled it from its schedule in April; the show was officially canceled in May, and its final episodes were burned off by the network last month.

Both Yahoo and "Enlisted" creators Kevin Biegel and Mike Royce declined comment on TheWrap's report. Stay tuned.
