After the debut of the show's first official teaser trailer, HBO has finally announced when season four of "Girls" will premiere.
The Lena Dunham series will return to the network on Sunday, January 11, leading off a comedy block that also includes returning show "Looking" and new series "Togetherness." "Togetherness" stars Mark Duplass, Melanie Lynskey, Steve Zissis, and Amanda Peet as two couples who've chosen to live together under one roof.
All three series will premiere on the same night, with "Girls" kicking off the evening at 9 p.m. "Togetherness" will follow at 9:30, and the second season of "Looking," starring Jonathan Groff, will debut at 10.
No word yet on when "Game of Thrones" and "True Detective" will return to HBO, though HitFix guesses that they'll debut in March/April and sometime during the summer, respectively. Stay tuned for official announcements about those series.
