'Jimmy Kimmel Live!': John Stamos Announces Full House Is Coming Back
"Full House" is coming back, "Fuller" than ever.

Last night on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," John Stamos revealed that Netflix is making a sequel to the classic '90s comedy. Now, there are more details about the 13-episode "Fuller House," which is set to debut in 2016.

TV Line confirms what Stamos said - that Candace Cameron Bure, Jodie Sweetin, and Andrea Barber will reprise their original roles in the spinoff. Bure is the "Danny" of the new series: D.J. is widowed, has two sons (a rebellious 12-year-old and a neurotic 7-year-old) and she's pregnant. Aspiring singer Stephanie seems to be cut from the same cloth as Uncle Jesse. And single mom Kimmy Gibbler, who has a teen daughter, is the sassy best friend, just like Joey.

Stamos is producing the series and will guest star. Appearances by "Full House" cast members Bob Saget, Dave Coulier, Lori Loughlin, and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are still up in the air.
