This 'Jaws 19' Trailer From 'Back to the Future II' Is the Greatest Thing Ever
In "Back to the Future II," Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) arrives on Oct. 21, 2015, and the future looks like this: people riding hoverboards, driving flying cars, and drinking Pepsi Perfect. And going to see "Jaws 19" — directed by Max Spielberg, real-life son of Steven Spielberg — at the Holomax Theater.
Universal has been hyping the 30th anniversary of the classic movie with some cool promotions — including Pepsi Perfect becoming an actual thing — but this one might be the best: a trailer for "Jaws 19."
The fake trailer teases the movie by mentioning the previous sequels — like when Jaws started a family, battled a Russian shark named Ivan Sharkovsky, and learned about love in "Jaws 17: Fifty Scales of Grey." Too funny!
In "Back to the Future II," a poster for"Jaws 19" boasted that, "This time, it's really really personal." Unfortunately, critics didn't love it and future USA Today deemed it "'Jaws' without a bite."
