Alex's fate — whether he was going to prison for beating up intern Andrew DeLuca — was revealed at the end of last week's episode, when Meredith found him napping in her bed instead of behind bars. But how did Alex get off the hook? Chambers said that will be revealed via a flashback in the first 10 minutes of this week's episode.
And though Alex and Meredith may not be hooking up anytime soon, that doesn't mean a reconciliation with Jo (Camilla Luddington). "We're steering clear of each other," he said.
