You ready for "Gilmore Girls: Another Year in the Life"? It may not happen -- especially with that title -- but Netflix has reportedly put out early feelers on the idea.

"Gilmore Girls" story on the streaming site. Here's more of what Sarandos is said to have told the U.K.'s Press Association:

"We hope [another return happens]. We obviously loved the success of the show, fans loved how well it was done, it delivered what they hoped. The worst thing is to wait a couple of years for your favorite show to come back and for it to disappoint you but they sure delivered and people were really excited about more and we have been talking to [creators Amy Sherman-Palladino and Dan Palladino] about the possibility of that."

Sherman-Palladino is working on "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life." She didn't close the door on it, but she didn't sound ready to jump back in for more. The revival ended the way she wanted the original series to end. The stars have talked about feeling closure, but also being up for more, if The Powers That Be have more stories to tell. Some fans hope there will be more, continuing Rory's (Alexis Bledel) story after those last four words, but others think the revival ended the story pretty well, and we can use our imaginations from here.
