Treat yo self to an early look at Star-Lord's egocentric Super Bowl ad.

Chris Pratt will be joining the likes of Hugh Jackman, Chris Hemsworth, Tiffany Haddish, Peter Dinklage, Cindy Crawford, and Morgan Freeman in commercials airing this coming Super Bowl Sunday, February 4.

Pratt is now an action star, and he has to keep fit for his roles in "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom," "Avengers: Infinity War," etc. So he took a health angle when previewing his Super Bowl ad.

Because he's Chris Pratt, his Instagram description was as funny as the ad itself:

He linked to "The Perfect Fit ft. Chris Pratt" 30-second Michelob ULTRA ad:

"Training to become Michelob ULTRA's spokesperson isn't easy, but nothing will stop Chris Pratt from making his fit and fun Super Bowl debut."

A bit later, Michelob posted the 1-minute version:Chris Pratt, 38, told the Associated Press he trained for the spot the way he would for a movie role:

"If I'm going to be having my shirt off... in front of 100 million people, I want to look good. So we worked really hard."

As you probably know, he's a big football fan himself; here's more to the AP:

"I've watched every single Super Bowl since 1985. I'm a Super Bowl guy, and I definitely feel really connected not only to football and to the NFL and the Super Bowl, but also to the commercials... That's always the most exciting part for me, and it feels good to be part of that, like I'm a little tile in the mosaic of American culture."

Super Bowl LII airs Sunday, Feb. 4 at 6:30 p.m. EST on NBC. Don't forget that THE episode of "This Is Us" airs after the game.
