"Veronica Mars" creator Rob Thomas knows the value of a good clue, and he gave one to Marshmallows after a recent table read.

With an eight-episode revival coming to Hulu in 2019, the cast got together to read the script. Fortunately, Thomas didn't leave fans in the dark about which actors were present; he tweeted a photo on Wednesday, Nov. 14 to celebrate the milestone, and it showed several cast members, both new and returning.

"This is some indication of who is in episode 1," he wrote in part.

The group includes title character Kristen Bell, as well as fellow "Veronica Mars" vets Percy Daggs III (Wallace Fennel), Daran Norris (Cliff McCormack), Jason Dohring (Logan Echolls), Enrico Colantoni (Keith Mars), and David Starzyk (Richard Casablancas). New cast members Patton Oswalt, Dawnn LewisIzabela Vidovic, and Clifton Collins Jr. are also pictured.

To be clear, these aren't the only actors that will appear in the revival. As Thomas assured fans, "it doesn't mean your fave doesn't come in later" if they're not in the photo. In fact, on Thursday, Nov. 15, cast announcements were still coming.

Those who were in the photo, though, were very happy about it. Here are some of their responses to the picture:

We'll keep an eye out for any other clues.
