Another Michael B. Jordan film is set for a 2020 release.

"Tom Clancy's Without Remorse" is officially slated to open Sept. 18, 2020, Variety reports. The spy thriller is based on a Clancy novel and centers on the character John Clark (Jordan), a navy SEAL-turned-CIA operations officer. He appears in numerous novels by the popular author.

"Without Remorse" the book was a New York Times best seller,  and it looks at Clark's life when he still went by his original name, John Kelly. The character's life is eventful, to say the least; he embarks on both rescue and revenge missions. The book takes place during the Vietnam War and is set in both Vietnam and the United States.

The film was adapted by writer Taylor Sheridan, and Stefano Sollima is directing. The two previously worked together on "Sicario: Day of the Soldado." The upcoming project's producers include Jordan, Akiva Goldsman, Josh Appelbaum, and Andre Nemec.

"Without Remorse" is just one of the film series Jordan is involved in. He's also part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, playing N'Jadaka (Erik "Killmonger" Stevens), not to mention the star of the "Creed" and its sequel. He has at least one other film coming out in 2020, too -- the biographical drama "Just Mercy."

Catch "Without Remorse" in theaters on Sept. 18, 2020.
