Jason Segel's anthology series "Dispatches From Elsewhere" just added Oscar nominee Richard E. Grant and two-time Oscar winner Sally Field.

The hour-long series is about a group of ordinary people who discover a puzzle "hiding just behind the veil of everyday life". The series will include "viewer engagement elements across multiple platforms." So it's not the next "Bandersnatch," but maybe viewers will get to vote on plotlines?

The series is created by and stars "How I Met Your Mother" alum Segel. It's scheduled to begin production on 10 episodes this summer in Philadelphia.

Eve Lindley, who is best known as "Hot Carla" on on "Mr Robot," has also joined the cast.

Grant's films include "Withnail and I," "Logan," and "The Iron Lady"; he was nominated for a Best Supporting Actor Oscar for "Can You Ever Forgive Me?"

Field (who also has 3 Emmys) most recent played Dr. Greta Mantleray on the Netflix mini-series "Maniac."
