Dave Chappelle is returning to standup on Netflix.

The comedian dropped a surprise trailer for a new special, titled "Dave Chappelle's Sticks & Stones," which will debut on August 26.

"Sticks & Stones" will showcase Chappelle's provocative perspective on the tidal wave of celebrity scandals, the opioid crisis, and more.

The trailer doesn't feature any sneak peeks from the actual show, but instead depicts Chappelle walking across a desert as Morgan Freeman narrates.

"If you say anything, you risk everything,” says Freeman as Chappelle strides across a vast salt flat. “But if that’s the way it’s gotta be, OK, fine, f— it. He’s back, folks.”

Back in 2016, Chappelle signed a deal with Netflix to make three comedy specials, which all premiered in 2017 (as did a surprise fourth). Last year, he appeared in a supporting role in "A Star Is Born."
