During an operation, Karna guides Karthik via video call. Nidhi beams as Karna thanks her. Later, Nithya informs Shanthi about her wish to marry Tejas, while Mahalakshmi asks Karna for a promise.

Tejas wins hearts at Nithya’s house with his charm. Later, Nithya argues with Karna when he refuses to help her friend with an abortion. At Mahalakshmi’s request, Karna visits Nidhi’s home.
