Daniel Franco, where did you go? Not far, apparently, 'cause he's back -- again! The very first designer ever auf-ed from "Project Runway," only to be cut early in Season 2, must be hoping the third time's the charm in "Project Runway All Stars" Season 5.

Entertainment Weekly just shared the list of new "All Stars" designers, plus the guest judges, and the premiere date: Thursday, February 11 at 9 p.m. ET on Lifetime.

This cast raises some eyebrows for a few reasons. One, they included two designers from "Under the Gunn," which EW labeled "Season 12.5." (Did you ever consider that show Season 12.5?) Also, there's no one from this past summer's Season 14 -- no Kelly Dempsey, no Edmond Newton, no anyone -- and no "Junior" designers either, which they could conceivably add if they're going to consider "Under the Gunn" PR canon. (Just bad timing, perhaps, with the shooting of this season?)

This time, there is only one winner in the mix, Dom Streater, which limits the potential for more two-time winners (which is good), but why have her join the show at all if she's the only past champion? Also, the cast includes the WAY too angry Ken Laurence of Season 12, and fairly early departures like Mitchell Perry of Season 13 and Season 1 & 2's Daniel Franco.

At least we have Kini Zamora, who is immediately the favorite to win. Valerie Mayen, Layana Aguilar, Sam Donovan, and Dom may give him a run for his money -- and who know who else may surprise us -- but so far this seems like Kini's season to lose.

Here's the cast list, via EW:

Layana Aguilar, season 11

Asha Daniels, Under the Gunn, a.k.a. season 12.5

Sam Donovan, Under the Gunn, a.k.a. season 12.5

Daniel Franco, seasons 1 and 2

Ken Laurence, season 12

Valerie Mayen, season 8

Emily Payne, season 13

Mitchell Perry, season 13

Alexander Pope, season 12

Dom Streater (winner), season 12

Kini Zamora, season 13

Stella Zotis, season 5

Fade Zu Grau, season 13

They added that guest judges will include Kesha, Boy George, Vanessa Hudgens, Debi Mazar, Little Big Town, Coca Rocha, Johnny Wujek, Kristin Cavallari, Debra Messing, Megan Hilty, and Brad Goreski, as well as "Project Runway" judges Nina Garcia and Zac Posen.

Will you be watching this season? If so, who is your early favorite?
