Netflix is going west.

The streaming service debuted the trailer for its upcoming Western, "Godless," co-created by Steven Soderbergh and written and directed by Scott Frank.

Set in the 1880s American West, the seven-episode series stars Jeff Daniels as Frank Griffin, an outlaw whose crew is hunting his former partner, Roy Goode (Jack O'Connell). Roy hides out in La Belle, New Mexico — a town mysteriously made up entirely of women. Among them is a tough widow named Alice Fletcher (Michelle Dockery).

Of course, Roy can't hide forever, so a bloody showdown is imminent.

The trailer is more of a teaser, layering haunting images over a recitation of Yehuda Halevi's poem "Tis a Fearful Thing to Love what Death has Touched."

This marks Soderbergh's second project after his so-called retirement. He previously worked with Frank on "Out of Sight." Frank also penned the bloody Western superhero flick "Logan."

"Godless" begins streaming November 22 on Netflix.
