It's a Targaryen. It's a Lannister. It's Sophie Turner!

Fun fact: Turner is a natural blonde, unlike her "Game of Thrones" character Sansa Stark. So her new platinum blonde hair is probably closer to her real color than the kissed by fire look she has on the HBO show. Less fun fact: That hasn't stopped fans from freaking out.

Sophie Turner "did a thing" and shared the results on Instagram. Now she looks like a Lannister-Targaryen hybrid -- or maybe a Tyrell since, from this angle, she could pass for Natalie Dormer:

There are also some crying emojis, but also praise from fans who see that she is gorgeous with any and every hair color.

Last year, "Game of Thrones" Season 6 was filming at this time, but Season 7 production was pushed back to later this summer. So Sansa still has time to look like Sansa. And Arya has time to look like Arya, too, since Maisie Williams added blue to her own hair. Worse comes to worst, they could both just start wearing wigs like other cast members.

You don't have to worry about Sansa. Not yet anyway. She has a lot of work ahead of her in Season 7. The showrunners have said Sansa and Jon Snow's relationship will be crucial to watch going forward, as they potentially clash over who should rule the North. Her watch has not ended.
