Jamie shows how a little bit of preparation before the big day can leave you free to enjoy yourself. He introduces some exciting new ideas, including turkey Wellington, jerky ham hock, griddle-pan waffles with epic hot chocolate, marathon semi-freddo, hot rummy lemonade, pimped-up Prosecco and after-10 treats. He also gives a refresher on a couple of his favorite festive recipes, including classic get-ahead gravy and classic stuffing.

Episode 2 Jamie Oliver shows how to pull everything together for a perfect Christmas Day with a menu that includes festive fiesta tacos, brussels with hustle, a bloody mary seafood platter, simple-as-that celeriac and rocky mountain. He also demonstrates how to make the best of seasonal leftovers, with recipes such as Boxing Day turkey chowder. Meanwhile, he revisits other Christmas Day favorites, including classic turkey prep, roast and carve, and classic roast potatoes.
