Three competing design duos battle it out in the name of great design. With less than 2 weeks to complete each room challenge, the pressure is on to impress a panel of industry professionals who choose the next big name in South African interior design.

Season 2 Episodes
1. Meet & Greet
In the season Premiere of My Design Rules season 2, we meet our three design duos, their magazine editor mentors, and the show's esteemed judges. The teams also get to explore the white box houses that they will design.
2. Spare Bedroom Challenge
Our design duos get briefed on their first challenge, decorating the spare bedroom within two weeks. They meet with their mentors and collaborate with some local design talent. Host Danilo pops in at the halfway mark to see their progress
3. Spare Bedroom Winner
It is deadline day for the spare bedroom room challenge. The design duo's rush around adding their finishing touches. One team in particular seems to be in complete chaos. Who will be crowned as the winners of the first challenge?
4. Spare Room Challenge
For the second challenge, the design duos must decorate a second spare room, but it may not be a bedroom. Host Danilo checks in to see the progress.
5. Spare Room Winter
It is deadline day for the second spare room challenge, and things are tense. Will all three duos finish in time? Stay tuned to find out who will be crowned as the winners of challenge two by our panel of judges
6. Bathroom Challenge
Our design duos get briefed on their third challenge, a double room challenge they must decorate both bathrooms. They meet with their mentors to discuss their ideas. Breaking down walls seems to be the trend for this challenge.
7. Bathroom Winner
It is deadline day for the double bathroom challenge, Will the designers manage to finish this mammoth task in time? One duo's bathroom is seen as very controversial. Who will be crowned as the winners of challenge three by our panel of judges?
8. Master Bedroom
Our design duos get briefed on their fourth challenge, decorating the master bedroom. They collaborate with local designers and meet with their mentors.
9. Master Bedroom Challenge
It is deadline day for the master bedroom challenge, the teams lock host Danilo out of their houses while they scramble to finish. Who will be crowned as the winners of challenge four by our panel of judges?
10. Kitchen Challenge
Our design duos get briefed on their fifth challenge; they must decorate the kitchen. The design teams also get surprised by a much-needed budget boost.
11. Kitchen Winner
It is deadline day for the kitchen challenge, and the duos are rushing around to make sure they implement all their ideas. But will they finish in time and who will be crowned as the winners of the kitchen challenge by our panel of judges?
12. Garden Challenge
Our design duos get briefed on their sixth challenge, this time the gardens need their creative touch. During the first exterior challenge, the design duos have a chance to meet with some local garden gurus.
13. Garden Winner
It is deadline day for the garden challenge, one duo has a burst pipe close to deadline and another illegally works after deadline, will they be disqualified? Who will be crowned as the winners of the garden challenge by our panel of judges?
14. Lounge Challenge
Our design duos get briefed on their seventh and final challenge, decorating the lounge. They meet with their mentors to discuss their ideas
15. Lounge Winners
It is deadline day for the final challenge, the lounge. Will team House and Leisure have pulled off a miracle with their miniscule budget? Who will be crowned as the winners of the lounge challenge by our panel of judges?
16. Judge Sleepover
The design duos get a chance to fix problems or snags in the whole house. Then it is time for the judges to spend the night in the homes for the final judging process.
17. Who's Design Rules?
In the grand finale of My Design Rules, we recap the journey with our three duos and the judges. Then it is the big moment, the winner of My design Rules is announced. Who will it be?
