Plot Summary
Writer/director Robert Drew had amazing access to President John F. Kennedy and was able to film him "cinéma vérité"-style during his presidential campaign and short term in the White House. With added narration by Alec Baldwin, the documentary provides an intimate portrait of Kennedy, including his debates with Republican candidate Richard Nixon, his efforts to desegregate high schools in the South and his private moments with his family and friends.
